The Initiation is unlike any other CPA exam support structure you’ve ever experienced. We provide a confidential and supportive environment to explore what’s next and what has been holding you back. You will receive focused support to create a plan to pass the exam (or determine what’s next) in a way that works uniquely for you.

For an investment of only $950, you will receive the following intensive support over a 2-month period:

A 1-to-1 individual coaching session to help you create a customized (and realistic!) study schedule
Seven weekly group coaching sessions with an intimate group of 3 – 5 other participants
Continuous support to keep you accountable to your plan
Critical leadership topics that aren’t covered by CPA review programs

We offer a 10% discount to companies who want to enroll an entire group. We also collaborate on the timing to align with your business needs.

In this individual coaching session, you will design a realistic study schedule, customized for your life.

Who are we as a team?
Your group will design agreements for working together. You will leave with a coaching tool that can be used with your engagement teams and family members.

Leaving past performance where it belongs…in the past!
You will learn how to overcome failure and build resiliency.

Why do YOU want to become a CPA?
All too often people pursue CPA licensure because someone else said it was a good idea. This session gets you out of your head and into matters of your own heart- what is in it for you?

Manage your time as if it were your money
Working with the idea that time is a currency, you’ll be able to see what activities produce low yields and identify high-yield investment activities that will increase your performance.

Creating healthy boundaries
Accounting education doesn’t teach you how to have a life and a career. We will. Learn how to establish healthy boundaries and respectfully say no.

Visualizing your success
This session will prepare your brain for optimal performance with a visualization exercise. (For what it’s worth, we didn’t believe visualization could improve our test results until we were desperate to pass the exam. Now we use it for all goals in life.)

Managing anxiety
Pre-performance jitters are normal. But when anxiety is in overdrive, your performance can be impaired. This session will cover strategies for managing your anxiety at the testing center and beyond.
