We Are A Professional Coaching Firm
Our mission is to guide accountants back to their wholeness. Our company was born out of the realization that the most intelligent, fierce, and driven people in the world of finance and accounting were overly focused on being of service to others and not using their intelligence and ferocity to fight for their own happiness.
Using a developmental coaching approach, we create containers for transformation. We practice being whole humans ourselves so we have integrity when we teach you how to keep your career without losing your soul.

Our team was carefully curated with the accounting profession in mind. Our coaches are professionally trained and graduates of programs accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). We have deep leadership development experience within CPA firms. Some of us are even CPAs. We are smart enough to know you may need a therapist and that we need someone to keep us organized.
