As a group of coaches who advocate for transparency, we believe you should have insight into our fees. We consciously offer a range of expertise to align with the developmental needs within your company. While our coaching engagements are configured to the unique needs of each human, here is a general guideline for what you can expect.
- The Initiation: CPA Exam Coaching – $950 for two months
- Aspiring Leaders (staff, seniors, supervisors) – $2,000 for three months
- Emerging Leaders (experienced seniors/ supervisors, new managers) – $5,700 for six months of individual coaching, $7,200 for six months company sponsored
- Experienced Leaders (managers, senior managers, directors) – $13,500 for nine months company sponsored
- Executive Leaders (pathway to partner, directors, principals, partners, executive officers) – $20,000 for one-year company sponsored

Note: Company Sponsored Coaching engagements include the cost of assessments, unlimited Spot Coaching, and Key Conversations with relevant stakeholders. The investment in individual coaching engagements will therefore be less.
