I had a spiritual awakening—aka mental and emotional breakdown—after struggling to pass the CPA exam. My ego seduced me to take on the endeavor seven years after I’d pivoted out of tax and into HR.

Where I am from:
I am so grateful to be an adult child of an alcoholic and drug addicts. It took some deep inner work to get to gratitude but daaaaaamn I learned a lot along the way.
Who I am today:
- You can count on me to call it like I see it.
- I identify as woo-woo and always look for signs from the universe.
- I am intuitive. I believe this influences my client work.
- I equally love rap music and adult development theory.
- My dog and daughter allow me to practice unconditional love daily. And I don’t always get it “right”.
- I was a wife. Now I’m an amicable co-parent. This relationship continues to be one powerful redesign.
- I man-ifested a conscious partner who knows Too $hort lyrics- swoon. It is everything I have ever wanted and also reveals my edges in intimacy.
- I view my work as sacred; it is a gift to hold space for other souls becoming their highest expression. #blessed
Where I am headed:
Psychedelic assisted therapy has been the most efficient and effective inner work I have done to date. In the years to come, I will add psychedelic integration coaching as an offering to my clients.
